“Life without relish was frustrating. It refers to the frustrations of trying to work/live with a maximum .3 meg upload and 2.6 meg download on my BT broad band (No cable from anyone where I live!!). So, we had no ability to get a sky Q box, Movie downloads were at best problematic, listening to Spotify was spotty and when the family descended and we had 6- 10 various devices all trying to use the internet well let’s just say it was unpleasant. I now have a reliable download connection (all measured using speed test from my phone and away from the router).
Installation was straight forward albeit the engineer had to come back and add a taller pole. I do live behind a church, and I am surrounded by trees and live in a village outside Swindon.
The cost well I do pay a bit more. I am paying 25% more (£5.00 a mth) but I do have an 800% increase in performance. Well worth it. ”

How do I know the service will work before your engineer installs at my home?
We've got some pretty experienced professionals installing broadband services in your area and they will always check before attempting an installation. So, you can rest assured, we will never install the equipment at your home unless we’re confident that you can get the service you have signed up for.
Can the weather affect my service?
We know good old English weather can be pretty hit and miss, which is why our network has been built to a very high spec and to withstand bad weather. While heavy rain, fog or snow can affect the performance of some wireless broadband networks, Relish is strong enough to stand up to most things that Mother Nature throws at us. There are, of course some things that will interrupt every network, including ours (extreme gales, meteorites, alien invasions, that kind of thing).
The WiFi signal in my work is poor, what can I do to improve it?
Sometimes WiFi signal does not reach every room in your home so you may benefit from a WiFi Extender to help boost the signal to those harder to reach areas of your home.
What does the minimum 24 Mbps get me?
With 24 Mbps your entire household can happily have multiple devices connected all at the same time. You can be streaming high quality HD movies in one room whilst other family members are using Spotify, online browsing and checking emails in another.
What if I’m not happy with my service?
If the unthinkable happens and you’re not happy with your Relish service, you can cancel within the first 30 days from install with our new 30-Day Happiness Guarantee for our Swindon customers. This means you have a whole 30 days to make sure you’re happy with your superfast service!
What is a WiFi Extender?
It does what it says on the tin- a WiFi extender helps to extend your WiFi signal. It receives the signal from your hub and boosts it around your home to improve the signal in rooms which may be further away from the hub. It is also known as a WiFi Booster or WiFi Repeater.
