Yes, of course. When you’re connected to your Pocket Hub, login to your Hub Homepage by entering http://192.168.1.1 into your browser. Username and password are both ‘admin’. Once you’re logged in, you can change your network name (SSID) and WiFi key on the homepage. Read your Pocket Hub User Guide for more help.

Your Pocket Hub may need to be updated from time to time. There are two ways to update the device software. 1. Using the device. Turn on your Pocket Hub; make sure it can connect to the Internet. When the LCD screen displays New software, press the Power key to confirm. Then it will download the new software and upgrade the device. 2. Online. Turn on your Pocket Hub; make sure it can connect to the Internet. Login to your Hub Homepage by entering http://192.168.1.1 into your browser. Username and password are both ‘admin’. Then Click Check for updates in the Hub Overview page to enable the device to automatically check for updates. Click Update Now to display the Downloading… dialog box showing the download progress. After the download is completed, the Confirm dialog box is displayed, indicating that the system has been updated.

If your Pocket Hub is lost or stolen give us a call on 0330 686 8000 immediately. This way we can make sure that no one is using the device while you’re paying for the service.
If you’ve changed your network name (SSID) and/or WiFi Key (password) to something more memorable and forgotten what it is: press the WPS button twice on your Pocket Hub. The current network name (SSID) and password will show up on the screen.
