Home Broadband Can I change my network name and password?

Yes, of course. When you’re connected to your Relish broadband, simply login to your Hub Homepage by entering into your browser http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.15.1, refer to your user guide for help on which one to use. Your username and password are both ‘admin’. Once you’re logged in, you can change your network name and WiFi password in ‘WLAN settings’ under the ‘General Settings’ section. Refer to our Indoor Hub User Guide for more help.

Can I get a replacement Hub?

If you have a problem with your Relish Indoor Hub, if it is lost or stolen, contact our customer care service for help and advice on 0330 686 8000. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details

Can I get a static IP address?

Relish Broadband comes with a dynamic IP address as a standard. Dynamic IP address is a temporary set of numbers that identify your computer on the internet for a duration of one particular connection. If you need a static IP address, that is permanent and unique to you, please call us on 0330 686 8000.

Does the Indoor Hub require power?

Yes. Your Relish Indoor Hub box includes a power adapter that you’ll need to plug in to get your internet powerhouse working. For safety reasons, always use the power adaptor provided with your Hub.

What is the warranty?

Your Relish Indoor Hub comes with a 12 month warranty starting from the day you receive it. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I reset forgotten WiFi Key (password)?

If you forgot your WiFi Key (network password), connect to your Relish network, then simply login to your Hub Homepage by entering http://192.168.1.1 into your browser.
