My Account and billing Can I see how much data boost I have used?

Yes, of course. Log in to my account and check how much data you burned through in the Usage section.

How do I buy a data boost?

You can top up your data with a data boost online. Simply log in to my account and choose the 'Add data boost' option in 'My Services'.

How do I change my price plan?

If you would like to make changes to your current price plan, give us a call on 0330 686 8000.

How long does a data boost last for, is there an expiry date?

If you are on a 12 month contract and choose a 500MB and 1GB data boost, the expiry date is the end of the bill period. If you are on a prepay service and choose a 1GB or 3GB data boost, the expiry date is 30 days from purchase.

When does my data boost start working?

As soon as you buy a data boost, you can use it immediately. To buy a data boost, go to my account and choose the 'Add data boost' option in 'My Services'.

Where do I find my data usage?

You can check your data usage by logging in to my account and looking at the Usage section.
