You can top up your data with a data boost online. Simply log in to my account and choose the 'Add data boost' option in 'My Services'.
If you would like to make changes to your current price plan, give us a call on 0330 686 8000.
If you are on a 12 month contract and choose a 500MB and 1GB data boost, the expiry date is the end of the bill period. If you are on a prepay service and choose a 1GB or 3GB data boost, the expiry date is 30 days from purchase.
As soon as you buy a data boost, you can use it immediately. To buy a data boost, go to my account and choose the 'Add data boost' option in 'My Services'.
You can check your data usage by logging in to my account and looking at the Usage section.
