My Account and billing Can I receive my next bill?

Yes, of course. We will be happy to send you your bill by post. Log in to my account. Go to 'My Details' section and simply choose the bills by post option. Paper bill are charged at £1 per month.

How do I read my bill?

We divide your Relish bill into two main sections: monthly plan(s) and extras. Monthly plan tells you the monthly charges for all your Relish services. Extras include any additional Data Boosts that you have ordered or any other extra services. For more details about your bill charges, read our guide Your bill explained.

How do I set up or change a Direct Debit?

To set up a Direct Debit is easy, just go to my account or call us on 0330 686 8000. If you don't want to pay by Direct Debit, we do offer other payment methods, but additional charges may apply. Give us a call on 0330 686 8000.

How do I set up or change a payment by credit/debit card?

You can pay online by credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. To pay online go to my account and select 'Make a one-off payment' in the Bills & Payment section. You can save your card details for future payments.

What are my charges for this month?
