My Account and billing How do I set up or change a Direct Debit?

To set up a Direct Debit is easy, just go to my account. You can also download our Direct Debit form here, fill it in and email us a PDF copy at customercare@relish.net. If you don't want to pay by Direct Debit, we do offer other payment methods, but additional charges may apply. Give us a call on 0330 686 8000 to discuss.

How do I set up or change a payment by credit/debit card?

You can pay online by credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. To pay online go to my account and select 'Make a one-off payment' in the Bills & Payment section. You can save your card details for future payments.
