It say's on your website that you don't have coverage in my area, but my neighbours in the building use your service. Why can't I?

We're sorry to hear this. Our coverage is very specific to ensure that we only provide the best broadband service. We may not be able to offer you a good service due to the location of your home or business in comparison to our tower, but it could also be that you're in a converted building which isn't showing up in our coverage checker.
