If you have a question about Relish or need help with placing an order, contact our sales team on 0330 686 6000 or use the ‘Chat to Relish’ option at the bottom of your screen. My broadband is down

Check the signal on the front of your device. You may need to move your device or to turn it off and on again after a few minutes. Refer to our Indoor Hub User Guide. If you’re still having trouble, call us on 0330 686 8800 for help.

My broadband is dropping

If you have a problem with your broadband service, try turning your Indoor Hub off for a few minutes and switch on again to reset it. If that doesn’t work, check the signal on the front of your device. You may need to move your device in a spot with better signal.
