My Account and billing How do I change my contact details?

If you need to change any personal details on your bill or account, log in to my account where you can update these, or give us a call on 0330 686 8000 and we can help you change them.

How do I set up My Account?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email to activate your account. Simply click on the link in the email and follow the instructions.

Why has all my allowance been used up?

Log in to my account and check your Usage tab to see how much data you have used up this month. If you need some help with this, call us on 0330 686 8000.
