Business Broadband Can I change my network name and password?

Yes, of course. When you’re connected to your Relish broadband, simply log in to your Hub Homepage by entering http://192.168.1.1 into your browser. Your username and password are both ‘admin’. Once you’re logged in, you can change your network name and WiFi password in ‘WLAN settings’ under the ‘General Settings’ section. Refer to our Indoor Hub User Guide for more help.

Can I get a replacement Hub?

If you have a problem with your Relish Indoor Hub, if it is lost or stolen, contact our customer care service for help and advice. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details

Can I get a static IP address for my business/ office?

Relish Business Broadband comes with a dynamic IP address as a standard. Dynamic IP address is a temporary set of numbers that identify your computer on the internet for a duration of one particular connection. If you need a static IP address for your business, that is permanent and unique to you, please call us on 0330 686 8800.

Does the Indoor Hub require power?

Yes. Your Relish Indoor Hub box includes a power adapter that you’ll need to plug in to get your internet powerhouse working. For safety reasons, always use the power adaptor provided with your Hub.

What is the warranty?

Your Relish Indoor Hub comes with a 12 month warranty starting from the day you receive it. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I reset forgotten WiFi Key (password)?

If you forgot your WiFi Key (network password), connect to your Relish broadband (switch on your Hub), then log in to your Hub Homepage by entering http://192.168.1.1 into your browser. Your username and password are both ‘admin’. Once you’re logged in, you can change your network name and WiFi password in ‘WLAN settings’ under the ‘General Settings’ section.
