Probably the best customer service I've received from any broadband provider. Equipment arrived as planned and setup was super easy. Unfortunately we are ground floor in an old property so had metal bars over our windows, which meant signal wasn't good and we had to cancel. But even when we were leaving the customer care staff were courteous and helpful, and didn't hound us or force us through a ridiculously complicated exit process. I am gutted we had to leave and would definitely recommend them to a friend

4.5 stars, if I could. My only reluctance to give 5 stars is that sometimes the speed is a little variable. But even then the speed is still good. I'm just being exacting in wanting to watch 1080p Saturday football when everyone else is presumably trying to do the same! All in all a really great option if the coverage is good in your area. I've gotten 20+ mb/s. As a bonus, I received a £20 voucher for Amazon because someone referred me. No need to claim it. I just received it. That's an honest company in my book. I've seen some bad reviews saying the service is poor. Well, it depends on where you live and on your 4G connection. They also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. I was skeptical of the Relish option but with this, there is no need to be angry... If it doesn't work, just get your money back with no delivery fee. That's why I don't understand a lot of the reviews here... They make it easy to try it out and if it doesn't work it comes at no cost to you (as they will send you a franked box to send back to them.) I would recommend this option to anyone with good 4G coverage. You get your Internet setup in two days, not two weeks like most other providers where you have to wait at home all day so that they can *maybe* show up between 8am and 6pm on a weekday. Enough said. I felt like I needed to do this company justice amid the wealth of poor reviews because they have done good by me and I think they are honest.
